I select feral colonies for splits based on their desirable traits: Gentle/easy to work with, honey production, brood production, overwintering ability, etc… We split feral hives into nucs beginning in February. They are available for pickup in 30 days.

Italian queens are available for an additional $60. They are also available for pickup in March but will not be 100% Italian for an additional 30 days.

Included: 4 frames of Bees, 1 frame of honey in a nuc box with laying queen and brood.
